By accessing or using RankPilotHQ (“the Service”), operated by RankPilotHQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
RankPilotHQ is an AI-powered content intelligence platform that helps businesses create and publish AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) content to their websites. The Service includes:
The Growth program is a fully managed service in which we operate your search presence on your behalf. Growth is sold under a separate program agreement (or order confirmation) that defines its scope, pricing, and term; these Terms apply to Growth except where that agreement states otherwise.
By enrolling in a managed program, you authorize us to access, create, configure, and manage third-party accounts and properties on your behalf solely to deliver the program — including your domain and DNS records, website and hosting, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Analytics, business directories and listings, review platforms, social profiles, and business email configuration. You represent that you own or control these accounts and have the authority to grant us this access. Your use of each third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, and we are not responsible for decisions those platforms make (such as pricing changes, policy changes, or account reviews), though we exercise reasonable care in everything we do on your accounts.
Where you provide login credentials or two-factor authentication setup keys so we can operate an account for you, we store them encrypted, use them only to deliver your program, and never share them with third parties. Wherever a platform supports it, we prefer delegated or manager access over shared passwords. You may change a password or revoke our access at any time. When your program ends, we delete stored credentials on request and in the ordinary course.
Your domain, website, content, business accounts, and data remain yours at all times. If we build or host a website for you, then upon termination of your program we will transfer the site files and published content to you and provide reasonable assistance migrating them, so you keep everything that was built.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at cody@rankpilothq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service allows you to connect your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts. By connecting these accounts, you authorize RankPilotHQ to access and display your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or within the RankPilotHQ dashboard.
Your use of Google services through our integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions and articles. You acknowledge that:
The RankPilotHQ platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and the content generated for your account.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, beginning at signup. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Money-back guarantee (self-serve Platform plans). If you are not satisfied — for example, if the Service has not improved your AI visibility — you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment by emailing cody@rankpilothq.com within 30 days of your first payment on a monthly plan, or within 90 days of your first payment on an annual plan. We will refund that payment and cancel your subscription. This guarantee applies to your first payment as a new customer; thereafter, and for all subsequent renewal payments, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Growth program billing. Managed Growth programs are billed per your program agreement. The self-serve money-back guarantee does not apply to managed programs; any refund or cancellation terms for a managed program are those stated in your program agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. For managed programs, the handover commitments in Section 3 apply.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankPilotHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or within the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
